Our story Atelier Evin was born from an encounter with Madagascar, its land, its producers, and one of the finest spices in the world: Bourbon vanilla. The adventure begins during a trip to the island, where one of our associates, involved in a humanitarian project, discovers the remarkable work of the vanilla producers. Behind each clove lies months of patience, know-how passed down from generation to generation, and passionate women and men. Seduced by the exceptional quality of this vanilla, we decided to create Atelier Evin with a simple ambition: to make an exceptional Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar accessible to both gastronomy professionals and cooking enthusiasts. We work directly with our Malagasy partners, in a relationship based on trust, transparency and fair compensation for everyone's work. Today, Atelier Evin supports pastry chefs, bakers, chocolatiers, ice cream makers, restaurateurs, caterers and delicatessens by offering vanilla recognized for its aromatic richness, consistency and excellent value for money.
