How to make a complaint
- Email the Grievance Officer with the subject "Grievance" followed by the issue type
- Include your name, contact details, relevant account or order ID, and a clear description
- For content complaints, include the exact URL, profile, post, or collaboration ID and the reason
- Attach supporting screenshots or documents, but do not send passwords, OTPs, or full payment credentials
We may request proportionate information to verify identity, ownership, authority, or the facts of the complaint. A person may also complain on behalf of an affected individual where legally permitted.
Response standards
- We aim to acknowledge platform grievances within 24 hours
- We aim to resolve them within 15 days, unless a shorter period applies or additional time is permitted by law
- Privacy requests and consumer complaints are handled within the specific timeline required by applicable law
- We prioritize credible reports involving child safety, imminent harm, fraud, or account compromise
- We communicate the outcome and, where appropriate, the reasons and available appeal route
Urgent content reports
Clearly mark the email "URGENT CONTENT REPORT" if it concerns intimate imagery, nudity, a sexual act, impersonation using electronic or artificially morphed media, child sexual abuse material, or a credible threat of imminent harm.
Where Indian intermediary rules apply, qualifying complaints concerning private-area exposure, nudity, sexual acts, or impersonation in electronic form are acted on within 24 hours. Other qualifying removal complaints are handled within the period required by law. We may preserve records and notify law enforcement or another competent authority where required.
Appeals and other remedies
If you disagree with an outcome, reply to the decision within 30 days with the word "Appeal" and explain the facts or evidence you believe were missed. A fresh reviewer will consider the appeal where practicable.
Where eligible under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, you may appeal a Grievance Officer's decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee through gac.gov.in within the applicable period. You may also approach a competent consumer commission, data protection authority, court, or law-enforcement agency. Our internal process does not limit those rights.
