• Facilitate collaborations between brands and creators you choose to engage with
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and payouts through Cashfree and PayPal
• Power AI-assisted matchmaking, outreach drafts, and campaign planning features
• Send service, billing, security, and collaboration notifications
• Verify accounts, prevent fraud, and enforce platform policies
• Improve reliability, analytics, and product development
• Comply with law, tax, and regulatory obligations
• Send marketing communications where you have opted in or where permitted by law

How we share information

• Collaboration counterparties: profile and campaign information shared when you apply, invite, or collaborate with another user
• Payment processors: Cashfree and PayPal to complete transactions
• Infrastructure and service providers: hosting, storage, email, analytics, and support vendors under contractual safeguards (including cloud providers such as Google Cloud and Firebase)
• Legal and safety: regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required or to protect users and the platform
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with appropriate notice where required

We do not sell personal data. Public creator or brand profiles may be visible to other users as part of the marketplace experience.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. We may use third-party analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Clarity) subject to your browser settings and applicable consent requirements. Data retention

• Account and profile data , until deletion request, subject to a reasonable processing period
• Campaign and collaboration records , up to 7 years where needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes
• Payment and invoice records , up to 7 years for accounting and audit requirements
• Analytics data , typically up to 24 months
• Crash and diagnostic logs , typically up to 30 days
• Marketing preferences , until opt-out or account deletion

Security and international transfers

We use technical and organizational measures such as TLS encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data may be processed in India and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.

Children

Limurse is intended for users who can enter binding commercial agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law. See our Child Safety Standards for reporting procedures.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
