How do I delete my Limurse account?

Email apps@limurse.ai from your registered address with subject line "Account Deletion Request". We verify ownership and delete personal data within 30 days where legally permitted.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Account deletion is permanent. Some billing and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Active subscriptions should be cancelled first to avoid future renewals
Outstanding invoices, collaborations, or payout obligations must be resolved where applicable
Team members may lose access to shared brand or creator workspaces
Some records may be retained where required by law (see retention below)

How to request deletion

Email us

Send an email from your registered address to apps@limurse.ai with subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Verification

We verify ownership of the account and confirm any open billing or collaboration items.

Deletion

After confirmation, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

What is deleted

Account credentials and profile information
Preferences, wishlists, and non-required workspace data
Uploaded media where not needed for legal retention
Marketing preferences and optional analytics identifiers tied to your account

What may be retained

Payment, invoice, and tax records , up to 7 years
Collaboration and campaign records needed for disputes or legal obligations
Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse logs for a limited period
Anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
