      Delete Your Account

      How to request permanent deletion of your Limurse® account and associated personal data

      Before you delete

      • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
      • Active subscriptions should be cancelled first to avoid future renewals
      • Outstanding invoices, collaborations, or payout obligations must be resolved where applicable
      • Team members may lose access to shared brand or creator workspaces
      • Some records may be retained where required by law (see retention below)

      How to request deletion

      Open account settings

      Use the Delete account control in Settings. Limurse checks workspace ownership, unpaid invoices, and creator payouts before allowing permanent deletion. If you cannot sign in, email apps@limurse.ai from your registered address with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we complete it within 30 days.

      Confirm

      Review any blockers, then type DELETE while signed in to confirm the request.

      Deletion

      Eligible accounts are deleted immediately. Records required for tax, payment, dispute, security, or abuse-prevention duties remain only for their stated retention period.

      What is deleted

      • Account credentials and profile information
      • Preferences, wishlists, and non-required workspace data
      • Uploaded media where not needed for legal retention
      • Marketing preferences and optional analytics identifiers tied to your account

      What may be retained

      • Payment, invoice, and tax records, for up to 7 years
      • Collaboration and campaign records needed for disputes or legal obligations
      • Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse logs for a limited period
      • Anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you

      How do I delete my Limurse account?+

      Sign in and use Delete account in Settings, then type DELETE to confirm. Eligible accounts are deleted immediately. If you cannot sign in, email apps@limurse.ai from your registered address with subject line "Account Deletion Request", and we verify ownership and delete your personal data within 30 days where legally permitted.

      Can I recover my account after deletion?+

      No. Account deletion is permanent. Some billing and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
