Estimate creator fees
Start with one feed post per creator, then adjust the inputs to match the campaign you are planning.
Campaign inputs
Creator-fee budget
10 creators · 1 post₹25,000
This estimates creator fees for feed posts only. Add production, paid usage rights, exclusivity, product costs, agency fees, taxes, and contingency separately. The range is a planning input, not a quote.
What this estimate includes
A useful budget separates creator compensation from every other campaign cost.
The calculator multiplies the published low, median, and high feed-post benchmarks for a comparable creator band by the number of creators and posts selected. When a band is too small to publish, it uses the same transparent fallback model as Limurse's rate calculator.
This is a creator-fee estimate only. Keep a separate line for paid usage, exclusivity, production, product shipping, creator management, taxes, and a contingency. Those costs depend on the campaign brief and cannot be inferred reliably from audience size.
How to use the range
Use the median to set a working budget, then protect the top of the range for the creators and deliverables that are hardest to replace.
For a ten-creator launch, enter ten creators and one feed post. If the brief also needs stories or reels, model those as separate deliverables rather than assuming a post rate covers them.
Before outreach, decide whether paid usage or category exclusivity is required. These are rights purchases, not minor campaign details, and should be priced and agreed separately.
Frequently asked questions
How much should an influencer campaign budget be?
Start from creator fees rather than a round number. Multiply the number of creators by the published rate benchmark for their audience band and the deliverables you need, then add separate lines for usage rights, production, shipping, and taxes. The calculator above does the first half of that from published benchmarks.
Does this estimate include paid usage and exclusivity?
No. The range covers creator compensation for the organic deliverables you select. Paid usage and category exclusivity are rights purchases, priced and agreed separately, and they can change the total materially depending on the term and the channels involved.
Why does the range have a low, median, and high figure?
Two creators with similar audience sizes can quote very differently depending on niche, engagement, production standards, and how much demand they already have. The low and high figures describe that spread. Use the median to set a working budget and keep room toward the high end for the creators you least want to lose.
What if my campaign needs reels or stories rather than feed posts?
Model each format as its own deliverable rather than assuming a feed-post rate covers it. Video formats usually carry more production effort, and a story sits live for a shorter period, so both are priced on their own terms in most creator rate cards.
Can I use these benchmarks in a plan or a pitch?
Yes. The underlying rate data is published under a Creative Commons BY 4.0 licence, so you can reuse it with attribution. The rate calculator page carries the attribution line and the method behind the bands.
