The company was founded in 1984 when a small local charcuterie company in Ariège was taken over. For many years, the Commenges family has been involved in the resale of quality charcuterie products. And it was in 2000 at the turn of the new century, on the strength of our long experience in the field of pork meat processing, that we decided to become manufacturers in our turn.
