Based in the unique farming community of Oosterwold, Almere, in the Netherlands, Chardy's produce a range of products exploring their passion for rich, clean, natural flavours and their love of chilli peppers. Their range of award winning jams are indulgent and delicious, each one combining a shot of luxury spirits with fresh, vibrant and, of course, spicy flavours. The jams come in a variety of heat levels, from mild to medium, and are designed to complement and enhance cheese and charcuterie boards, as well as being the perfect accompaniment for barbecues. Chardy's are also pioneering the world's first hot sauces made using winemaking techniques. They develop the vibrant flavours of the chilli pepper in the same way that a winemaker develops the flavours of the grape to producing a deeply complex and layered sauces. This is achieved without using vinegar; natural techniques are employed in a unique process, to produce a very balanced acidity and purity of flavour.
