HIC is a return to our origins, to the gourmet traditions that rocked our childhood: the cider of our grandfathers, the tarte tatins of our grandmothers, the Normandy holes and the kilos and kilos of apples. HIC is a tribute to the Normandy that we love so much and a declaration of love to our heart region, New Aquitaine. HIC, it’s fun, it’s tasty and 100% pleasure!
