Conserveira do Arade is an artisanal fish canning factory located in the Algarve (Portugal). Our mission as a producer is to combine authenticity and tradition in the art of canning. Since 2015, we have blended innovation with tradition, using our own artisanal methods, inspired by ancestral techniques. Currently, Conserveira do Arade has 2 canned goods brands: Saboreal: canned petiscada in jars, made with shredded fish mixed with vegetables and spices from the Algarve. Papa Anzóis: canned fish produced with a unique low-temperature dehydration process.
