Founded in 1880, nestled in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand, in Auvergne, the cradle of the famous confectionery, it is committed to producing high-quality fruit jellies, candied fruits and candied chestnuts, for individuals as well as professionals. A historical expertise for unique confectionery For the production of fruit jellies, two processes coexist at the heart of the Clermont-Ferrand factory: one by hand, in the purest 19th-century tradition, where, from cauldron to cauldron, the fruit puree is mixed with sugar, the mixture is cooled, dried, cut into cubes a few days later, and then granulated by hand; the other, more mechanized, while remaining particularly traditional, with very limited mechanization complemented by human skill and the expertise of the Maison's teams, allowing for a diversification of flavors and shapes, using inventive molds that delight young and old all year round!
