BLACK ATTRACTS SUSTAINABLE AND NATURAL BLACK A modern method of producing sparkling wine using solar and micro-filtration systems was the prerequisite for a new generation of sparkling wine on the market that is also suitable for vegans. The focus of my qualifications has been primarily in the food & beverage sector of upscale gastronomy, hotels and retail for over 30 years.
