Devyani International Limited (DIL) is the RJ Corp group's quick service restaurant operator, headquartered in Gurugram and listed on the Indian exchanges. It is the largest franchisee for Yum! Brands in India, running KFC and Pizza Hut, and the exclusive India franchisee for Costa Coffee. Alongside these it operates the in-house brands Vaango and The Food Street, holds the India master franchise for Tealive, New York Fries and Sanook Kitchen, and owns Sky Gate Hospitality, whose brands are Biryani By Kilo, Goila Butter Chicken and The Bhojan. The company ran 2,256 stores across India, Nepal, Nigeria and Thailand as of 31 March 2026 on revenue of about Rs 5,611 crore, and in January 2026 announced a merger with Sapphire Foods that would create a single Yum! franchisee in India.
