Harvesting grapes of exceptional quality is the basis of our production philosophy, it is also our know-how as a WINEMAKER. We have been cultivating our vines, breeding our wines and marketing them ourselves for 8 generations in LANGUEDOC. Located on the foothills of the Montagne Noire in the upper Minervois, our vines take root in clay-limestone soil between 80 and 350 m above sea level. The hillsides are surrounded by scrubland, juniper trees, thyme, holm oaks, wild lavender, almond trees and olive trees. The plots are tempered by the crisp mountain air. Our 3 ranges of wine reflect our Languedoc and family wine history. COUDOULET is a historic stony plot of the estate. It is located near the mill in the village of Cesseras. In Occitan, “coudoul-et” is a “small pebble”.
