Emilie Karston

Founded in 1987 (initially under the name Karston), Emilie Karston is a French women's shoe brand located in Maine-et-Loire, a historic shoe region. In 2017, the brand was taken over by the grandson of a leather craftsman and son of shoemakers, passion and family spirit always being at the heart of developments. Designed in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges, all our creations are made by our team of stylists. The production which was still carried out in the small French workshop until spring 2020 could not be maintained. Today, our models are manufactured in Asia, in compliance with the brand's requirements in terms of finishes and natural materials. The choice of leather remains a priority and comes from carefully selected tanneries. With more than 30 years of expertise in footwear, Emilie Karston took the plunge and completed her universe by creating her own ready-to-wear brand: Emilie. K joins the family. The desire to develop the brand in ready-to-wear appeared as a logical continuation of the Emilie adventure. From shoes to ready-to-wear, there is only one step.
