Franz von Fein stands for non-alcoholic, handcrafted premium aperitifs from southern Germany. Only natural ingredients such as organic fruits, botanicals and flowers create an impressive taste: fruity and fresh with a subtle bitter note. Our non-alcoholic alternatives have received multiple awards: 2× Gold and “Best Aperitif” in London at the WAFA, 92 and 93 Falstaff points and most innovative aperitif at the Austrian Zero Awards. At the Falstaff tasting in 2026, our two non-alcoholic sparkling cuvées were listed among the top 5 products with 95 and 94 points respectively. Rubin Aperitif - Classic Italian Bitter A classic aperitif with notes of juniper berries, hibiscus flowers and lemon. First citrus-fruity, then complex with fine bitter notes in the aftertaste. Our signature drink: Rubin Spritz. 3 cl Rubin Aperitif, 12 cl sparkling mineral water, ice cubes, orange slice Amber Aperitif - Floral & Mediterranean Mediterranean notes of lavender, rosemary, orange, and other botanicals.
