Fromagerie BOUCHET is a family business founded in 1955, specializing in the aging and sale of mountain cheeses (mostly made with raw milk). Our cheese selection includes around fifty varieties, including 15 PDO/PGI/BIO products, representing the iconic cheeses of the Savoie region. In 2025, Fromagerie BOUCHET employed 30 people and achieved a turnover of ~ 8.€8 million. Working closely with dairy producers and farmers on the human side, and paying them fairly for their efforts.
