Hong's Kitchen is Jubilant FoodWorks' first home-grown brand, an Indo-Chinese QSR launched in Gurugram in March 2019 with a menu of momos, spring rolls, noodles, rice bowls, soups and Thai dishes inspired by Asian street food. Restaurants run a live open kitchen with separate veg and non-veg preparation areas, and the chain is concentrated in Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Noida. Unlike the franchised brands, JFL owns this one outright, so brand decisions sit entirely in-house.
