Jerk Centre was created to celebrate the bold flavours, traditions and heritage of authentic Jamaican cooking. Inspired by recipes and techniques passed down through generations, our sauces are made to bring the unmistakable taste of the Caribbean into homes, kitchens and independent retailers across the UK and Europe. Handmade in Lincolnshire, our range combines Scotch bonnet chillies with carefully selected herbs, spices and fresh ingredients to create sauces with real depth of flavour. From the gentle warmth of Taste from the Ancestors to the balanced heat of Duppy Conqueror and the fiery intensity of Badman Sauce, every product has its own personality while remaining true to our Jamaican roots. Our Yardie Drizzle adds something lighter, blending honey, lemon and chilli into a versatile dressing and glaze. Flavour always comes first. Our sauces are designed to be more than simply hot. They can be used as marinades, cooking sauces, dips, glazes and table condiments, making them easy for customers to enjoy in everyday meals.
