Designed for adventurous tasters, our infused rum creations stand out thanks to a unique three-step manufacturing process. 1 - We macerate whole, ripe and organic fruits or spices for several months in rum distilled in Reunion Island, in airtight tanks. ( High-quality rum combined with a generous amount of fruit, respecting tradition, results in an exquisite infused rum.) 2 - We press and filter the mixture. This allows us to utilize the natural sugars present in each fruit for each recipe. ( This is how we achieve an authentic and intense flavor.) 3 - Finally, just like blending grape varieties in oenology, we create our final product by blending batches from several maceration tanks.
