Founded in 2010, Atelier Du Poissonnier was born from two passions: cooking and the sea. As artisanal preservers of seafood products, we innovate with exceptional products made by hand, combining various species of fish and high-quality natural spices. We revisit traditional recipes: innovative in their flavor combinations, they take the palate on a journey with delicacy and a surprising effect. Our cannery is a "Made in France" brand with a strong identity, championing gourmet and excellent food. Our goal is to elevate seafood products.
