I am Alexandre, I created the company Le Royaume des Mets in 2015, I wanted to create A company that is meaningful in respect with the living. I am a Producer and processor, I offer pestos from fresh plants, perfect for pasta, to spread simply on toast, in a pie shell, a sauce. It slips into your recipes, it's a great creative ally. I transform the plant as soon as it is harvested so that it delivers all its taste power. I have been growing basil and savory on a domain maintained in organic farming for 25 years. I also pick wild garlic, a plant that occurs naturally in the undergrowth. I only use quality products: virgin oils, almond or cashew nut puree, lemon juice, salt and garlic come primarily from local producers with the same artisanal philosophy of quality and respect for life. I hope these pestos will delight your taste buds as much as I enjoy producing them.
