I am Tulsi Ankaiah, an engineer originally from Bangalore. After more than thirteen years in the IT industry, I followed my heart towards something more authentic and human. Upon arriving in Cherbourg, I deeply missed the chai ritual — this spiced tea prepared daily in India. From this nostalgia was born Maison Tulsi, a bridge between two worlds: the tradition of Indian chai and French refinement. Each cup reflects my journey — from the bustling streets of Bangalore to the peaceful shores of Normandy — blending passion, authenticity, and heritage.
