Olio Memento - 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil from Puglia Memento is a range of products consisting of 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, oils flavored and artisanal pasta produced in Molfetta (Bari), in Puglia, a renowned Italian region for the production of oil and gastronomic excellence. Technical features Memento extra virgin olive oil is a high quality oil certified by many parameters chemicals, including the high content of polyphenols and the very low acidity of 0.2%. Memento oil is also DOP Terra di Bari - Bitonto. Memento EVO oil is a highly distinctive medium fruity: strong taste but always sweet, herbaceous with hints of artichoke and almond aftertaste, clear scent of olive with herbaceous hints. Supply chain and production Olio Memento is obtained from selected short chain olives of the Ogliarola Barese and Coratina. Grown within a radius of up to 10 km from the mill, our olives are harvested mainly by hand when they reach 60% of veraison (ripeness).
