After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our pasta is produced by hand in accordance with the purest tradition, by rolling or extrusion then drying at low temperature for a long time. Vegetables and spices, entirely natural, bring flavors, smells and colors to vary the pleasures. Our tagliatelle is hand bagged, guaranteeing careful packaging. The ultra-fast cooking of our laminated doughs (2 to 4 minutes) helps to make them different.
