Place des Thés is a natural continuation of Place des Épices, which has been exploring taste, plants and terroirs for almost 10 years. After spices, herbs and plants, tea emerged as an obvious next step: the same requirement for selection, the same respect for the plant, the same quest for aromatic precision. Led by Melissa, this new dedicated workshop extends our work on botany and know-how, through a rigorous selection of origin teas, grand cru teas and infusions. Each product is chosen for its quality, its origin and the emotion it evokes when tasted. As with spices, we work with partners who respect farmers and the plants they grow and harvest. The workshop deliberately remains small in order to preserve our know-how, the quality of the blends and the beautiful taste of each cup.
