UBELIO is a French brand born from a passion for ube, a purple root that we have known for more than 10 years after several trips to the Philippines, where this ingredient occupies an important place in the local cuisine. Seduced by its naturally intense color and subtle taste, we wanted to make it more widely available. We therefore decided to create UBELIO in order to offer professional quality ube, with a very fine powder, suitable for both pastry chefs and coffee shops. Our products are selected with exacting standards and accompanied by certificates of conformity to guarantee their quality. Our ambition is simple: to make quality ube accessible to as many people as possible in France and to inspire new culinary creations.
