About
ANA was founded in October 2020 by CEO and knitwear designer Asma Nafis Ansari, who had previously received the Best Graduation Award from NIFT Kolkata in 2017 and worked as a designer at kidswear brand Nautinati. Motivated by her Islamic studies on modesty, she launched the brand as a modestwear initiative, which later expanded with the involvement of her sisters and husband and led to further awards in textiles, fashion, and entrepreneurship.
