Our farm is located in Guérande, on the border of La Baule. It is certified in Organic Agriculture on 100 ha of land with a herd of 80 dairy cows in crossbreeding of prim'holstein with jersiaise, normande and montbéliarde breeds. Our cows graze for more than 10 months of the year and are supplemented with hay and silage (mainly grass and forage grown exclusively on our farm). All our products are made in our cheese factory, using raw milk from our cows.
