During the countless visits to Michele's restaurant, Francesco discovers something that would change their lives ... while tasting NANA chips prepared by Michele, he rediscovered the taste of potatoes.That discovery brought with it a desire that the two shared: to infect everyone with such goodness. In an age in which "adding" flavors perhaps to hide mediocrity or perhaps to offer something "more", has led us to forget the traditiional flavor & colour of the food that we eat. PATATAS NANA is about finding the best potatoes and adding nothing to something that is already perfect.
