Brain injured and paralysed to bodybuilding and pushing myself further than I ever have before
I am Hannah, I have two young children, in 2021 I suffered a brain injury and couldn’t walk, talk or even move confidently. I was discharged from the hospital in 2022 and have been pushing myself further than I ever thought possible. I now jog on a treadmill, I walk without my walking sticks (not confidently yet but I am not giving up), I look after my two children and am encouraging myself to do new things all of the time because life is simply too short to doubt myself.
